What personal data is processed?

Personal data we collect when you subscribe to a streamstv subscription

Identification data: email address, password, technical customer identifier and possibly your Gmail or Facebook Token ID emails if you choose to connect through this means
Financial data when subscribing to a paid subscription: history (transaction date, amount paid, currency, payment method), then depending on your payment method: Bank card information, Paypal account information, information related to “direct carrier billing” (direct billing by the mobile operator) such as MSISDN

Usage data / Technical data: connection log on our site/applications, site/applications navigation data, audiovisual content consumption data, country of request for access to the service, IP address

Personal data we collect when you contact our customer service

Details of your request or complaint (including date, time, subject and content of your request), content of your exchanges with Customer Service, any other data considered necessary to process your request or complaint

Purposes

Create and manage your subscription: access to the streamstv service, billing and collection of payments, management of options linked to your subscription, processing of your requests to customer service;
